Surface is pleased to announce the return of our volunteer show, Surface Reimagined. 

Surface Reimagined features a mixture of practices that include painting, sculpture and installation, all made by our community of volunteers. From White and Stoddart’s investigation of the 2D world and performance, to the subconscious inspired expressionism of Stewart, and Boultbee’s creation of a new exhibition space within the gallery space itself, Surface invites you to discover new local talent.

Surface Reimagined opens upstairs in the Project Space, in conjunction with the final week of our popular International Postcard Show in the Main Gallery. As always, there will be a donations bar with ales from local brewery, Pheasantry.

The exhibition opening also coincides with Light Night, and will remain open until 9pm on both Friday and Saturday for this city-wide festival.
