The second part of this two part exhibition will be the most comprehensive exhibition of Bob Robinson's work perhaps anywhere to date. Without attempting to be a systematic retrospective, the exhibition will show many of the artists own favourite works.
Inevitably, however, the exhibition will show the evolving technique, moods and obsessions of his work - from the relative innocence of his earlier work, to the diabolical grotesques of the 1990's and on to the more contained satirical pieces of recent years.
PART TWO will also show his deepening involvement with objects, 3D work and assembled sculpture.
This show will run alongside Ian Fink's street-art show 'Unsuitable' in the Main Gallery, along with Surface resident Gerry Henegan Barr's show "When all hope has gone ....Here comes the sun" in our Le Loovre microgallery.
Painting and Sculptures - PART TWO runs from Saturday 29th November until Saturday 20th December.
Opening Event - 6pm to 8:30pm Friday 28th November.
